Urban Decay Naked Basics
Recently, Urban Decay came out with a new palette adding to the Naked collection called Naked Basics. At $27.00 you really can't go wrong with these colors, all matte perfect for a day look, but maybe not edgy enough for a night out.
Naked Basics includes six full-size shadows with four new shades:
- Venus: a demi- matte soft off-white
- Foxy: a matte light yellowish beige
- Walk of Shame: a matte light pinkish nude
- Naked2: a matte rosy taupe
- Faint: a matte warm brown
- Crave: a matte dark brownish black

Urban Decay Good Karma Optical Blurring Blush
First of all, Happy black friday and Happy Thanksgiving.
We can all be thankful that I am finally making another blog post and this one on the Urban Decay Optical Blurring Brush.
All in all this getting this brush is a win and I definitely recommend it :)
We can all be thankful that I am finally making another blog post and this one on the Urban Decay Optical Blurring Brush.
At $24, this brush buffs away lines to create seamless, smooth looking skin.
Streaky foundation is never cute and, the Optical Blurring Brush's (wow that's a mouth-full) soft synthetic bristles and rounded tip definitely take care of streaks.
I've also heard that synthetic bristles, being less porous then natural fibers, are less conducive to the growth of bacteria potentially leading to fewer breakouts. All in all this getting this brush is a win and I definitely recommend it :)

School :(
Sorry I haven't been posting lately! High school is a mess, and I have to juggle, homework, relationships, my social life, sports, and my tumblr.
I promise a new review soon!

Liquid Eyeliners
Physician's Formula, Urban Decay, Revlon Colorstay
Physician's Formula 2 in 1 Eyelash Booster ($11)
This eyeliner is hands down my favorite of all time. (And I've tried a lot of eyeliners)
It's perfectly pigmented, applies so smoothly, doesn't flake or smear and the brush is unique and will make you want to never use another in your life.
On top of that, it contains a lash-growing serum that actually works! Within two weeks my lashes were longer and fuller than they'd ever been before.
It's very long wearing, it doesn't claim to be water proof but it is sweat proof/oily lid proof.
Urban Decay Perversion ($19)
This eyeliner is a liquid liner so it has a brush, which for me makes a bit more difficult to apply.
It is water proof which is amazing. The color pay out is beautiful.
The reason I would not purchase this again is because the brush as I mentioned makes it difficult to apply, and it ran out really quickly which disappointed me because this liner is pretty pricey.

Pencil Eyeliners
Makeup Forever, Urban Decay, Drugstore
Makeup Forever Aqua Liner ($18)
- Neither too creamy nor too dry
- Glides on very easily
- Good for water line or tight line
- Waterproof which is a great plus for all the emptional people out there like me!
Overall, I'd have to say this eyeliner is my holygrail eyeliner. It's not too creamy that it slides off immediately.
It's waterproof which makes me happy because I cry a lot, so I use waterproof whenever, stays on during school, sports, etc.
It's super long lasting so it's great for summer and it's what I've been wearing everyday for my everyday look!
- Very creamy
- Easy to apply
- Waterproof
- Super pigmented
- A bit pricey though
Milani Liquif'eye Metallic Eyeliner Pencil ($6)
- Super creamy
- Very easy to apply
- Very reasonable pricing
- Long lasting- but not waterproof
- Not as long lasting as Urban Decay
This eye pencil is INCREDIBLY pigmented and glide on with the look and feel of liquid eyeliner. There is no tugging or pulling, or no need to layer this pencil.
They are also incredibly long lasting! You do need to allow the liner to dry for about 5 seconds or so, but after that this liner doesn't smudge, transfer, or fade.
This eyeliner is definitely the dupe of Urban Decay's 24/7 eye pencils, but not as long lasting.

For my everyday look, I'll either use my Urban Decay Perversion or my Milani eyepencil on my tight line and then I use my Makeup Forever to kind of "set" it because the Makeup Forever isn't as creamy as the others.
